This new highway will pass within 300 meters of this lot. It will run from Sibulan across Barangay Camanjac, to Candau-ay Road and then through Cadawinonan and Cantil-e to Barangay Bajumpandan and on to Bacong. Construction on the road has already begun.  Visit this lot and you can see the new road being built.

This plan was shelved but still might be brought back to life after the new Diversion Road is built, especially if SM builds a super mall on 12 hectares.
